My wife and I are from out of town and were house sitting for our son who was overseas when the AC stopped working during 93-degree weather in early July. The temperature in the house got up to 87 and were so thankful we called De Melo. Brian at the office was very helpful and arranged to have our unit repaired quickly. Dale arrived at the scheduled time and was extremely thorough and had everything working within an hour. I was worried about the cost, but the bill was reasonable and exactly what Brian had estimated. We couldn't have asked for better service and highly recommend De Melo for any HVAC issues.Thanks again,James and Kathy Howard

Product or service reviewed: fixing bathroom faucet and toilet
Gab and Dale came and fixed these items for me. They corrected some issues that I was unaware of. They are not only skilled plumbers but their manner is very comforting. Workers such as Gab and Dale are part of the reason that I use DeMelo. I also want to comment on Cathy. She is always so helpful and pleasant to work with.

Product or service reviewed: Oil Burner Repair / Tune Up
I called DeMelo early in the morning on a Monday after having issues with our oil boiler over the weekend. They sent a tech out a couple hours later who was able to determine the issue and make the repairs quickly. The tech explained what parts were being replaced and even provided us a detailed invoice of parts used and issues found. Excellent service.

Called DeMelo for replacing leaky hot water tank, they came 2nd day and within a few hours, everything is up and running. Steve and Davis were very polite, professional and pleasant to work with. Highly recommended!

Great guys! Came to see the job situation. Did not over talk the job details. We agreed to proceed, they gave me a timeline for delivery of heating and cooling equipment to my house, and the timeline, for the start and finish dates for the entire installation.
They did, what they said they would do! That is HUGH! That in my book, is exceeding customer expectations!!

Our home was being renovated. The new hardwood floors were about to be installed, during the hot, muggy July. new turned on our old central AC unit and...nothing! The people that did our new duct work could not come for 2 weeks, being that it was in the middle of a heat wave.
On a whim, I called Demelo. Diana answered the phone and took care of everything from that point on. She explained to me what we needed, how much , and when. Within 2 days my house was cold, floors were getting put down, and the quote from the other "place" was more money by far!

I really needed someone to check out my older central air conditioning unit. To make matters worse, I was out of state. I needed someone who could handle this all by phone.
I tried another local service but the best they could do was 'put me on a list'.
I called DeMelo, left my info with the answering service, and started to sweat.
Incredibly, the woman at the office called me back in very short order. We talked, she understood the situation, and we set up an service call.
The next morning the tech was on-site. He inspected the unit, diagnosed the problem; and the solution, and promptly called me to relay his findings and get my OK to proceed. The whole problem was resolved very quickly and for a VERY reasonable price.
They are a very well tuned combination of professional and personalized service.
Would highly recommend.
